PARK STORI LLC ("Park Story", "we") operates a café and kiosks, serves beverages, sells outside shops and rents its property. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

2. Guests
Café and kiosk sales are not linked to personal data. Picnic and group orders: name, phone and pick-up time, kept for 3 months.
3. Tenants
Tenant contacts, lease agreements and payments.
4. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations (food safety, tax), legitimate interests (security; cameras at the café, marked with signs, kept up to 30 days).
5. Recipients
Payment providers and authorities where required. We do not sell personal data.
6. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
